XLVIII Jornadas of the Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Aeronáutico y del Espacio: a gathering of legal experts in air and space law

The XLVIII Jornadas, organised by the Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Aeronáutico y del Espacio, were held in Santa Cruiz de Tenerife, under the caring sight of the volcano Teide, from 9 to 12 October. They brought together legal experts and professionals to discuss critical developments in air and space law, such as traffic management and the future of aerospace activities.

Among the speakers, Juan Manuel Faramiñan Gilbert and Maria del Carmen Muñoz Rodriguez, Professors at Universidad de Jaén, and Santiago Ripol Carulla, current Chairman of the COPUOS Legal Subcommittee and President of the Ibero-American Institute of Aeronautical and Space Law, perfect guests of the event. Sergio Marchisio from Sapienza University of Rome joined the last panel.

The Conference provided valuable insights on outstanding legal issues in air and space law. A warm thanks to the local authorities for their hospitality. Blessed by the marvelous beauty of the landscape.
